I some of you on the board are awaiting the new M3... I'm sure Jason will especially like these pics since the car I saw today was Phoenix Yellow.

I had my doubts about it but they all subsided... this color is a thing of beauty!

Nice pix! I would take 996 Turbo or the M5 over E46 M3 any day..the yellow on the M3 is kinda greenish, don't like it too much. I don't know why, but the more I look at the M3, the less I like it?

 

Well the 996 Turbo *would* be nice but the price doesn't agree with my wallet.

Phoenix Yellow definitely has green in it but I don't mind it at all... in fact I really like it!

Having seen Phoenix Yellow in person now, I'm definitely getting that combination .I was thinking about importing an Audi RS4 but everytime I see the M3 in person... I want it even more and even sooner!

I wonder how would a white M3 look? That's probably the best looking color I can image on a M3 or maybe the carbon fiber black with red interior?

that's funny, cuz i just happened to stop by that dealership this past thurs, and there were no M3's to be seen. i approached one of the sales people and inquired as to their availability. he retorted, 'give me $10000 and i'll get you one in only 2 months.' he further went on to mention that the selling price is $70000, or maybe wait 2 years and get one at MSRP. what a prick!

i just went off on him and replied, 'it'll be cheaper for me to fly to germany, drive one for about a week, then return to the US with my proud new M3 and some money in the bank.' he was dumbfounded.

after that, i went over to the acura dealership and test drove the new 2002 TL-S. nice, but not for me....

NA-1, I really like white too and it was high ranking on my list until I finally saw Phoenix Yellow.

S2k000L, yeah we were shooting numbers around and he threw me the $10k too. It was taking all my will power to tell him both me and a friend are getting it at MSRP at other dealers.

Try and go there today, the guy who's suppose to buy it is going to come today to see if he likes the color. He's paying $10k over... they sold their LSB demo at $15k over. Can you say, "bend over"?

OMG..it's the first time I've ever seen a white E46 M3.
I love it! It's definitely impressive and show the wide fender and the body line perfectly. It would be even better to add a small trunk spoiler on it through because it seems that there's something missing. Anyways, this is by far the best looking color on M3 I've seen. Thanks for the pictures!!
