he's gone mostly crazy and doesn't talk to anyone anymore, i have had the police tell him to stay away from my residence, and our other family members residences, and he said he would never be coming back to our hometown, however he has a court case in our town tomorrow, for a domestic abuse case

yea, the main thing we're concerned about is when he'll actually be departing tomorrow, whether he is leaving right after court, or whether he will stay through the weekend and terrorize people

my nephew and niece will be with a baby sitter and i don't want him to do anything dumb

 

Hire a PI to track his whereabouts during the trip.
