Wow.......a scooter. Girls say they like/want a lot of things. That doesnt mean they actually need or will use it. Lesson learned. Now you have a girly scooter to put around on!

Tell her how much it cost you, and that you accept cash or money order.

Well, it's Florida. Scooters are pretty accepted around here. So it's not too girly. But yeah sucks....

Sell it to someone else for what you paid since its new. I wouldn't trust my girl asking for a scooter. Jewlery or clothing/shoes I would but anything else i'd make sure it will be used when its bought.

Regardless of what it says, most all areas have something of a 30 day buyers remorse clause.

The duration may vary, but very likely you have one.
Thirty days is a bit of an exaggeration.

Some contracts have a buyer's remorse clause; the typical duration is three (3) days: nothing close to 30.

My mistake then. I definitely knew of a clause of this nature but the duration escaped me.

This is probably the 3rd time i've heard women wanting to learn to drive on a scooter then after finally riding it decides that they don't like it...

Hope you can get your money back!

Tell her you got her what she asked for, now she has to get what you ask for.

BIIHB!

Sounds fair to me.
