Unfortunately, this appears to be an urban legend.

(Don't feel bad: my wife was the one who pointed it out to me because she'd seen the same thing two or three years ago and remembered the picture.)

 

Thanks. I was just informed on this. Sad that people have to fake it when there are so many lost/kidnapped children out there. That and I just got done watching "Man on Fire" also
