I was watching CNN this morning before work, and saw a story about a women filing a lawsuit against her doctor because he diagnosed her as being obese.

You mean the doctor deserved to be sued because s/he "missed the diagnosis of stupidity and personality disorder".

This reminds me:
After the doctor gave the patient his diagnosis, the patient said: "I want a second opinion." So the doctor said: "Well, you are ugly and stupid too."

actually, I don't have problems with fat folks. I have problems with fat folks who blame others for their problem (Mc Donald lawsuits, etc).
