i agree with mxt.
it is great advertising and really funny at first, but soon people will be making request that they cannot or just do not fulfill for one reason or another, and that customer will get pissed and badmouth the company for not taking 60 seconds to draw a stupid little bunny. then you could also have legal issues with not complying to the special instructions which is technically part of the contract.
i wish it were an overboard situation, but unfortunately, it is not. a guy sued a drycleaner for $100m for heavens sake.
P.S> internet copycats arent really cool in my book either. thinking of something original is great, but soon you just become as individual as emo kids shopping at hot topic.

I wouldn't. While it's kinda humorous, it does increase the processing time/cost. While this guy is drawing a bunny, he could be packing the next customer's shipment instead. If every customer needs a bunny on their box, then more employees are needed to meet all of the customers' "special requests", and that's going to increase the cost of the product.
