Yes, I've seen this show. It's amazing how many heartless/clueless people are out there.
Some of the negligent owners are so ignorant, they start to talk back to the officers (if that's what they're called) because they think it's none of their business what they do with their possessions . It's always great to see them slap the cuffs on them after that.
