Default Animated Gif help please!!!

I am a relative noob to Photoshop, and I am trying to make my first animated gif. It is a 40 layer image, gifs numbered layer 1-40

For some reason it is only looping backwards (40 to 1)

Any thoughts/help is greatly appreciated
