I'll pretty much watch anything really, have watched too many series to list. But if I had to list my favorites, they would be:
Initial D (as if you couldn't tell by my sig), Kenshin, Ranma, Full Metal Panic, Azumanga Daioh, & Naruto.
Generally I like the action and comedy series, as the series involving romance and too much drama kind of make me frustrated. Series like Love Hina, Kimagure Orange Road, Hanaukyo Maids, Hand Maid May, although still altright to watch, just make you too frustrated because its always some loser surrounded by hot girls and he won't go for any of them or can't make up his mind about who to get with. Series like Hellsing and Berserk are alright, but are a little too dark for my taste. And then there are series like Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, and Now and Then Here and There, that are just flat out weird or depressing.
Some of the series that are out now or that have come out recently that I recommend are:
- Initial D Fourth Stage (only 2 episodes out)
- Naruto
- Gungrave
- Peacemaker Kurogane
- Read or Dream
