Yep, got another one! Can you believe it?!

I street park my 4Runner and I have had no less than 7-8 tickets since I got it. Boy, if you don't pay UNDIVIDED ATTENTION to those freaking signs, you may as well have a damn car payment on the thing!

What's the deal? No parking on THIS side from 9-11 M-F, then on the other side, it's no parking from 3-5 PM M-F. What a bunch of crap!

Chicago charges, for most "offenses" fifty dollars...what a pile.

 

You can all write Greg in C/O the Illinois Department of Corrections, Division of Excessive traffic offenses.

 

Greg, I don't feel too bad after all ...Look on the bright side, it's ONLY a parking ticket. Consider it donation to the DONUTS fund...

I got a parking ticket in Chicago, a block from the Real World house. It was a sunday night and I parked in a residential zone to go to a bar. When I looked on the ticket, there was no violation checked. It has been two months and ticket is not in thier files, I called a few times. It would have been a $50 ticket.

Damn Greg, 8x50=400 in parking tickets.

 

I've gotten 4 tickets so far at UCR. All parking. 3 tickets = $75 1 ticket (for not showing permit) = $12.

Also, I just got a 92 in 65 zone. so that's $271 plus $55 for Level 2 traffic school, which is 12 hours instead of 8.

Oh yea, $10 for my fix-it ticket. No front license plate.

And guess what, my birthday's on the 14th. Guess where all my birthday money is going to. Woopty freakin Doo.

 

Greg, isn't parking in the lot behind your place $150 a month? I think I'd just get a second spot there rather than pay Richard Daley for it...

 

If I were god, I'd demand Islamic justice for ALL common criminal law breakers (which all you speeders and illegal parking ticket people are).

First violation for illegal parking: Car gets stoned to death.
Send violation for illegal parking: Driver gets eye's poked out.
Third violation for illegal parking (and driving without eyes): Driver gets stoned to death.

Common criminal speeders:
First offence: gas peddle foot is amputated.
Send offence: other foot is amputated.
Third offence: Driver gets stoned to death.


I'd also equip all police cars with anti speeder missiles for traffic enforcement purposes.

Society is only safe when the criminal element is off the streets!

Oh! And don't gimmy this "but I didn't know crap". That's WHY we give you THREE chances here buddy!
