I especially like the part where the judge thinks that the dry cleaners owe him a duty to pay for him to take his business to a different store.

It's just the judge acting out on his threats, I can see it now:

"Sorry sir, we'll double check for your pants, we can't reason paying you $1000 for pants we probably have"
"I only have 15 pairs, I want those NOW. If I don't get them NOW, I'm sueing you! Do you know who I am? What I can do to you?
"Sir, we found your pants afterall as expected. You can have them back and we'll give you a discount for your troubles"
"Nah, I don't think so. I'm going to get you for not giving my pants when I asked you! I'm a big time judge with too much free time, get ready for hell!"

And so on..

Dispicable. And you wonder why americans have such disdain towards the judicial system from the top to the bottom LAPD officers.

What a prick.

he's a judge looking to make a quick 65 Mil? Not likely he's going to get it. Is this guy a complete idiot. Do the Chungs have 65Mil lying around?

If I was one of the Chung's I'd assault the guy. THAT would be worth 65MIL.

See, this is why I often see people in horrible car accidents and go about my day assuming they deserved it, and it was just karma working itself out.

This judge needs to be put in jail for abusing the court's time.

If every outraged person sent in $1, I bet we could raise enough dough to hire a homeless man to break the guy's knees...
