Default any differences in how we (english speakers) curse people?

i'm watching notting hill again with my wife, and i noticed that they (our english cousins across the pond) curse somewhat differently. so i'm wondering, how do the english speaking people of the world curse differently?

i'm sure the F and the S word is universal, but there's got to be some "local" curse word we don't know about, care to list some of them so that when i visit these countries i know someone's swearing at me?

Do not use this word too liberally in the UK, it is quite offensive to many people.

'Knob end' is a local phrase commonly used around here.

'Drongo'..... Complete idiot
'Dildo'..........Ditto.

Not really cursing but very derogatory:-
'Waste of skin'
'Waste of space'

'Wanker' = 'tosser' 'hand-cranker''jerk off'

The man's an utter 'uterus' (Work it out for yourself)

I noticed that alot of the languages uses the curse term "mother fu#$er"

For instance:
Mother fuc#er = English
Chinca de ma#$# = Spanish
Du Ma = Vietnamese
Tam Ma = Mandarin

The English language has got to be the worst when it comes to insults. Can you come up with more than 20 ways of cursings without reusing the same words? You might come close, and might meet that 20, but most likely, there will be repeats. The English language just flat out lacks creativity in insults.
