I don't understand why people even get Blackberry, other than their company paying for them to get it.
BBs are known for their near-instant receipt of emails and security of the device. So if your business or your company values quick responses to emails and the security of transmitted information then BB is the way to go. The dullness of BBs/lack of fun apps is due to the security measures of the phone leaving developers unable to access much of the phone's functions. For everyday users or work that won't contain private/confidential information, you're better off with the app friendly droid or iphone.

Emails get delivered to my iphone as soon as they hit our email server. Blackberry used to have an advantage there, but that advantage is long gone and has been matched by many other alternatives that don't require dedicated servers.

I have a BB Storm 2....I love it, but will most likely be going android for my next phone. RIM gets left out when it comes to app developement as people have mentioned.
