Yeh I'll post up a nice defag program I got after work and the gym. Yeh total time should be about 7-10 hours of defrag? The reason why its so long is I have never fragmented my Harddrive and it told me 70% of it was fragmented. I'm 28% done and its been 4 hours? There are also 3 diff frag options on the program, I picked the "space" option since its for people who have never defraged. I just spent alot of time this weekend cleaning up my comp, tons of free progs out there to tweak the memory, clean up old files etc etc. I'll give you guys the link later, its free for 30 days full functional. Good stuff. Good thing is I can defrag pause stop come home and start it up again same spot. Also some of you guys might want to check the health of your hard drive. Lots of diagnostics out there.

Why don't you just set it to defrag while you're away? Instead of stopping while you're away? Is there something I'm missing?

I use diskeeper. You can use the trial version for 30 days for free. CNET picked it as the best. I ended up buying the full version.

It runs "after hours". I set mine to defrag from midnight to 7am.

I was in a meeting full of hardware engineers once and mentioned MS Defrag Utility and got about 5 moans/grunts. Thats how I found out about above.
