Hey guys I was just wondering if there are any home builders in here. I have a question. Usually what is the going rate to build a house per sq ft. I say a high quality house but in a middle priced bracket. Thanks for the help.

 

It's hard to say. It depends on the finishes that you want and the cost of permits and utilities brought into the lot. These costs can vary greatly from region to region. My advice is to call your local homebuilders' association.
