THINK?

For $125 (the price in my area) you can get a rent & market study done by the appraiser at the time of the purchase appraisal. It will give you hard facts about the current market.

Best $125 you can spend.
my question, as i have reinforced throughout the thread, is whether there are extraneous complications arising from landlordship.

im not in doubt of the market, or any other finance-related issues

by the way, i am not THINK - nor whomever else you suspect i may be

Let's see, he summarized what everyone else said.

Now I'll change my THINK! (as in you said you THINK you could rent it out for MINIMUM... ) to READ! Everyone was telling you these same things and you didn't read.

lets see, i asked for headaches and potential problems. then i clarified that my i wanted to know whether there are hassles requiring lawyer to keep up with paperwork, accountants to take care of taxes, ie special consideration.

i didnt ask for and i dont CARE about depreciation in vegas or cash flow or market condition. THANKS ANYWAYS BILLY BOB. if i figured i would lose money from the whole deal i wouldnt have considered it.

i wanted to know about difficulties of being a landlord, not financial hardship of being a landlord.

why dont you read and see if everyone told me about being able to legally limit utilities, or whether taxes are difficult to handle, or whether the responses were more useless like yours are
