i know....i hate that about these places..... that happened in the TRACK section..... I replied first.....then 3-4 people said the exact same things..........

i didnt ask for and i dont CARE about depreciation in vegas or cash flow or market condition. THANKS ANYWAYS BILLY BOB. if i figured i would lose money from the whole deal i wouldnt have considered it.
i wanted to know about difficulties of being a landlord, not financial hardship of being a landlord.
why dont you read and see if everyone told me about being able to legally limit utilities, or whether taxes are difficult to handle, or whether the responses were more useless like yours are
