any lawyers around my dad is being sued for sexual harassment by another male coworker not really sure what he did or what he could have done for it being considered sexual harassment my dad is a master tech for honda he has been working for them for 30+ years and some young kid who just started working there for maybe 1 year or so always borrows tools from my dad. From what my mom tells me the young kid always makes racist remarks towards my dad. He says things like "you only know how to cook fried rice" they (my dad and his coworker) always joke around and since my dad is older than he is i guess he patted him on his head like you do to a child. Since they always joke around my dad didn't think of this as a big deal but his coworker filed a complaint on him and now hes being sued for sexual harassment any ideas on what to do or anyway he can counter sue for the racist remarks he always makes?

 

tell your dad to contact Al Sharpton and the ACLU for racial harassment. Play the race card. It always works for the color people.

Go to your local DFEH. Department of fair employment and housing and file a claim. Contact a lawyer. Contact HR and report the counterclaim, maybe he reported the intial claim after you dad threated to tell hr about the racist remarks..wink wink

 

Employ the services of Vinny Boombatz to "eliminate" the complaint.
