Yes... they used the car without permission

 

It's copyright infringement, you have legal recourse. Yell00ITR is incorrect when he states " most everything on the internet becomes public (free) domain unless it is copyrighted. ". It's the other way around. Original works are copyrighted by default unless they are explicitly released into the public domain.

btw, IIANAL, but I do like www.findlaw.com and I have been sued (dismissed without merit, of course).

Your solution is to talk to them.. they will remove your car from the add.. and thats it
