Here is hint #1: The guy claims to be a doctor. He is scheduled to have surgery yet he doesn't know the name of the procedure. It is called "DISTAL CLAVICLE RESECTION and it usually goes with a SHOULDER ARTHROSCOPY AND SUBACROMIAL DECOMPRESSION". If you are going to fake it on the net - ATLEAST watch ER, Grey's or any of the other dumb medical shows and learn the name of the procedure.

I don't know that i'd have called it by it's precise name either. I do question his perscription for dilaudid for post op pain. Most likely it'd be hydrocodone (Vicodin). Dilaudid is usually given as a step up for someone with resistance to hydrocodone. Hydromorphone is much more potent.
