Several years ago I read a short story by Wodehouse in which one of the main characters was a magician. The hero was in love with the magician's assistant, and the magician was as well. I cannot recall the title of the story, nor the book in which in was contained. Can anyone here help?

By the way, if you're not acquainted with P.G. Wodehouse, go to a bookstore,find any book of his with "Jeeves" in the title, buy it and read it. They're hilarious.
