Ok i will make it simple.

I ve been living in this apartment for about 3 months.
meanwhile, i been trying to put up with all the hassles my neighbors make.
all these college kids party all the time 24/7 screaming their throats out.
and theres 2 hot chicks my next door so they drag lotta people.

one day, one of them got drunk and started to scream and i barely could
sleep. i didnt know the fact that it was mine but i woke up next morning and
found out my window was broken. and theres a liquor bottle sitting in my kichen.
wtf and i called the office to have the glass guy to fix it.

people sleep on the hall way til next morning
and they take a shit in the elevator, and urinate
on the carpet attached on the wall. so that smells stay in there for a week or so.

I ve been complaining lotta times already making some residents get evicted but
shit like that never stops. i mean what kinda people living here?
the community is located in pretty desent area and looks all nice from the outside.

if anyone has any experieces in breaking the lease without having to pay
any extra charges like 2 month rent or whatever it takes, please share w me
so that i can walk the fxxk outta here asap. regarding this living situation,
Ive got some urgencies that demand ur help and suggestion.

My suggestion: MOVE. If they try to pull any crap on you, just bring up all the stuff you listed above. This should really not be that difficult. I'm sure that deplorable living conditions were not part of your lease.

 

document all of that with pictures and videos if possible.

Document, submit your 30 days, then move.
They hit you up for deposits, refuse to pay, and get ready for small-claims.

 

Present it to them this way: If they let you out of your lease, you won't be around to complain and cause them to go through the expense and trouble of evicting others and re-renting the apartments.... Letting you out of the lease early they only have to re-rent your space to some other degenerate.

 

got a written document of total estimate to break the lease.
2509.00. this document will be taken to the local police station as requested.
they will issue an official police reports for this case and hopefully
walk outta there in no time.
