my 1 year old condo is due for a "11month walkthrough" this week. my new home warranty runs out this month so this is the last time i can get any problems fixed under the warranty.. so far the only thing i found is a creaking step on the stairway. no drywall cracking, water leaking, etc etc.

anything else i should check out, especially for a brand new home like mine?

 

Look for nail pops, check around all pipe joints for any signs of leakage, double check furnace and water heater, any other appliances included in the purchase. What development are you in?
