Anybody have any experience with the "Anti Shoe"?
http://www.swissmasaius.com/
" MBT creates a natural instability underfoot, which stimulates and exercises the body's supporting muscle system."
I do not have any hip or knee problems. But i like the idea of a shoe that improves posture and I like the idea of activating neglected muscles to "tone and shape the body".... But it all sounds like a bunch of hype to me. Does anybody have any experience with these?

I have a pair of Vivo Barefoot. Link
Suppose to replicate a "barefoot" experience. And from my experience, it does. It has a thin sole that allows a lot of freedom and you can feel everything you step on.
I haven't used it enough for long-term benefits, but just the way I walk is very different with regular shoes. I can also feel different muscles in use. Adjusting to them will take a while as you'll get pretty tired after an hour or two of constant walking. Best is to ease into them.
As for purchasing, you can find them cheaper everywhere else than the main website, just search thoroughly (Amazon, ebay).
