Does anybody have one of these things? Just wondering whether they worked and was cheap on electricity? I noticed these things were not UL listed and was wondering if that mattered??

 

I looked at their website, no specifications, just product information. It doesn't answer the first question I want answered like how many watts does it consume (electric heating is expensive). If it's not UL listed I'd be careful.
