I wrongly filtered the essence of your post to ask "Do you know Spade Cooley?", and it struck me as funny for some reason and triggered the Bensonish reply. On the other hand, if I posted a long, boring article about a dead fiddler whackjob, verbatim and uncredited from the LA Times, I would almost expect a rash of dumb comments.
