anybody play GRAN TURISMO 4 yet?
I read on gamespot.com that GT4 has been pushed back to the first week of July.
Not only does that suck but then I was told by a salesmen at a local videogame retailer that the reason for the delay is that Sony is waiting for the Hard Drive to come out. It will be mandatory for buyers to purchase the Hard Drive in order to play GT4 because the game uses so much memory. The price of the Hard Drive will be about $100. GT4 will be about $50.
Thats all I know for now. If I hear anything else I will let you guys know.

I have Prologue and a Japanese PS2. Excellent build at this point, I can't wait for the completed version. Grip is more realistic. Steering is less twitchy, making the cars in replays appear less RC-like and darty. Gravity is less floaty, as shown in the rally stage. I especially like the music, which brings the feel of the series back to that of the first two, unlike GT3's garbage, not to mention all of the US series' redone soundtrack. Fans of the Japanese version will know what I mean when I say "Grand Turismo Theme Song."
This place being an S2K forum, I thought I'd mention that the gearing of the S2000 in Prologue stinks, IMHO, especially that horrid slow 1-2 shift. I sure hope that is fixed by final release. The Spirit R sounds and feels just like my FD, but I haven't driven any of the other cars in real life to make any other comparisons.
And does anyone else here find it strange that the text is all in Chinese, and not Japanese? Or might I have some boot-legged version?
