Anyone been to Buenos Aires?
Well it was a colloquialism for old-fashioned beef - not the steroid injected stuff you get most places in the US. The Argentine beef is really good and is definitely better even at a cheap cafe than at 90% of American restaurants, but the best beef I've ever teasted is still from the US. The US tends to focus on aged beef while Argentine beef is fresh. Its hard to argue with 7 Pesos for chorizos y papas fritas - you just can't get that in the US.
I've also noticed that about 98% of the women here were thongs.
