Default Anyone drink wine with critter labels on them?

http://articles.news.aol.com/business/arti...317175809990009

Examples are Yellow Tail, Ravenswood, Smoking Loon, Alice White and 3 Blind Moose.

Anyone drink this stuff or stick with the tried and true wines that are serious?

Yellow tail is pretty decent for an inexpensive wine, believe it or not.

I've tried Ravenswood and Yellow Tail, but not because of animals on the label. They just fall into my normal selection of trying all sorts of wines.

I like Castoro Cellars wines (local winery) and they have a beaver on the label...the late harvest muscat canelli is awesome.

There are fundamentally two types of wine: the wines you like, and wines you don't.
There are seriously good wines. . . but it's still wine - don't take it too seriously unless you're going to invest in it.

smoking loons are very easy to drink for non serious wine drinkers. most cheap wines tastes like crap and are completely undrinkable, but smoking loons aren't too bad, considering the price.

someone talking down about any wine while using the term "critter" to refer to animals induces so much ironic overload I think I'm gonna have to have a beer.

No, but Mad Dog 20/20 is.

. . . and Night Train Express is still well and intact, as it's not a critter, it's a train (to where, I don't know). . .
