Default Anyone else surf other car forums looking for advise but end up finding....

Hello, i was looking for some good advice for a clutch setup for my POS VW.
To my dismay, the knowledge of that board was pretty sad. I did a search on the clutch i wanted and i got 10 threads dating back as far as 5 years ago.
COME ON!!! the clutch kit i searched was a highly suggested clutch by most vw tuners. I also did a search on sparkplugs and came back with the same stuff.
Hands down, s2ki has by far the most knowledgable owners and members compared to rest of the car forums!

anyone else experience less imformative car advise on other car boards?

Thanks billclintn, but vortex does suck, did another search on MT90 fluid, only like 10 people used it in 4 years!!!! They arent true carheads, some dont even know if their stock 1.8T comes with an intercooler!!! I would be interested in a more motorhead website for my GTi because i have some tuning concerns. I guess i should have sold my GTi instead of my S2000

Dude, the guys on VWvortex don't help at all... fact!
The thing is.. you need to ask the right people, 1/2 of the replies are bullshit and the other half know what there talking about.

Used that stuff in my Jetta 1.8T, that combined with lower Neuspeed tranny mounts got rid of my nasty ass second gear grind. It shifts a lot smoother too.
