I am a CPA (DORK), and am pretty tired of pushing
pencils around. I want to find something that is
fun (owning a mobile dyno) and makes decent money
(not owning a mobile dyno).

Anyone have some wonderfull suggestions?

I am thinking it needs to be flexible, make about $50k a
year (i am not asking to be rich!).

HELP...CPA Going mad!!!!!

not "fun" but for the money you don't exactly have to work much of the year (grin).

Get a pawn shop make lots of $$$$ and hire 2 people to run it. All you need to start is about $60,000 loan from the bank. You will have it payed off in no time. You got to realize your making a 25% financing charge off each item taken into pawn, then if they don't come back hell sell it for at least double what you have in it. trust me I know been there done that, and I still have the business.

I do, I do,,,
I think that being a firefighter is just about the grreatest job in the world. And with the over time that summer brings, it pays pretty well. My day is very unstructured, and as long as we get our training in, we basically do what ever we want to (in between calls). We can go where ever we want, ( and we get hit on Big Time by the ladies).
Where else can you work where they issue you a pillow and pay you to use it? Think about it...

I launch rockets off a movable oil platform in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. You ever stand on top of a Russian Intercontinental Ballistic Missile? With a bunch of former Soviet Bloc rocket scientists giving you the stinkeye? I have.
