I'm in process development for a biotech company. A lab rat working with small bioreactors growing CHO cells. It can be fun but sometimes you have spend weekends and late nights taking care of your experiments.

No, really, I would have tripped er off-line in a heartbeat.

Edit

Just a few years ago I was Master Chief in the US Navy. No big deal there. Master Chiefs are dime a dozen.

The interesting/different part of the job was, I was 1 of only about 100 people on the planet that could wake up in the morning, jump into one of these, drive it around all day and be home in time to eat with the family and tuck the kids into bed.

I manage a movie theatre. I spend most of my time focusing on the projection booth, and the other managers run things downstairs. I help out down there ever now and then. Not the greatest pay, but its a real fun job.
