Default anyone have their new years resolutions yet?

I made it one year without eating any chocolate.....I usually try to read 6 decent sized books......

this past year I didn't do anything......

for 2004.....????

reduce my body fat 1-2%?
maybe run a certain distance in a set time?? (qtr mile in under 60 seconds?)
not drive like a 'tard so much?
not spit? (not sure why I spit...it is yucky)
Not swear? ( that).
How about no using an elevator for an entire year?

Yes, they're pretty much carry-over from 03. I had 3 for 2003 as follows,

1. have $30,000 saved between investments and savings
2. have a girl friend
3. get my weight down to 185 lbs.

The only one I accomplished is the first one, exceeding my goal by $7,000 mostly due to huge gains in my mutual funds. No luck on number 2 and as far as #3, I gained 10 lbs. So for 04', I will carry-over 2 and 3 and modify #1.

1- to loose body fat
2- get a girl... or 2 at the same time just to make this goal impossible
3- go back to my boxing gym after school

looks like getting in shape is always on the list..... i know the health clubs are jammed with people for the first 2 weeks of the year.....then everyone goes back to eating potato chips.

I just joined today..... luckily I only weigh 175lbs so I really just need to get some muscle.....i have a fast metabolism and I don't eat very much (petite sizes ma'am).

1.) Stop wasting so much of my life, and take advantage of each moment.

I'm going to resolve that I won't club a baby harp seal to death. I need to succeed this year, last year's resolutions were all busts!

1) Get back in the gym after being out for the past 1.5 months
2) pay off school/credit cards
3) save up some money and get an IRA started
4) find a girlfriend

Top three WILL happen this year.

As for #4, I'm not gonna look that hard....you know the saying, "they always end up finding you when you're not looking."---we will see if this holds true.
