I did pre-pharm in undergrad before deciding against it. I have 3 friends that continued on and went to and graduated from UCSF. 2 are in retail and 1 in clinical.

Hey guys! Thanks helping. Speed, already answered a lot of my questions and more. It is crazy how much money some people make this this field, but what about 10 years from now? Is there still gonna be a good profession to be in, or is it gonna be over crowded and people make less money?

Kracka, are you still a tech?

f20, why did you go against it? and do you know all the pharm. school in california?

I am no longer a tech, after 5 years I couldn't stand the industry anymore. I can go in to details if you'd like. I dreaded everyday of it towards the end there. I originally was doing pre-pharm in college, but then switched to business finance. There is a reason so many pharmacists become alcoholics...

As a profession, pharmacists are #1 for alcoholics, dentists are #1 for suicide.
