If anyone here is from Ottawa, can you tell me which would be a better place to stay:

Residence Inn (downtown)
The Carlisle (about 4 blocks away from the Residence Inn)

I'll be in Ottawa for business in September through November, and these are the two options that my company provided. Can anyone make a recommendation?
