I ordered a J's racing exhaust in May, with a 3 week turnaround.
Summer is half over and I haven't heard from him and frankly I don't really want the exhaust anymore.
This is the third thing I order from him (and the most expensive) and the first two times everything went perfectly but I am dissapointed this time about the exhaust.

I am having the same problem. I ordered a J's exhaust in the beginning of June and he said it would take 3 weeks or so. Well, it's still not here. I have called, left messages and still never recieved a call back. I think it hasn't even left Japan after I read the email Sue sent me a few days ago. I was hoping to get it on before the Fast and the Furious....then I was hoping to get it on before my next track day, July 21st....now I am hoping that I will get it before I go away to college on August 15th! This really suprises me because when I spoke with him prior to ordering everything, he was very helpful and straight forward. I don't know if I will ever order anything from MG again after this experience.

OMG this scares me, I am just hoping to receive the hood before NOPI.. and I was told was supposed to be here in June!!!! Arghh..
I always have the thought in my head: "If I order from someone else then I will have to wait all this time again" .. I guess I should start now and get it over with?

I just got a call from Sue about an hour ago returning my call, she basically said that the clear side markers were supposed to have arrived yesterday, but UPS didnt deliver them, and they are expected today or tomorrow. She told me in a previous phone call that they had ordered around 100 sets.
Not that anyone cares, but she still has no idea what is going on about my hood.. she has heard nothing about it, has no tracking numbers or anything.. she just says to email Giampiero (who told me to call her..)

Well I also got the "they are supposed" to be here line. I mean these are just measly side markers, but the customer service and leaving the customer in the dark thing kinda sucks. Don't think I'd ever go to them for anything again after this experience..
