I recently went to a place in San Bernadino with a friend, and it was my first time. I had strawberry in one hookah, and rose in another. The smoke goes down REAL smooth, like air, and you can REALLY taste it.
What you can do is, pour some sugar into your mouth, inhale, exhale, then eat the sugar.
