Default anyone starting a new semester in college this week?

I go back tomorrow..... no more late hours But I had a great break! What schools are everyone else heading back to?

My classes will be hard, as always. I'm also thinking about taking the first Japanese course in which I have no background. I love their engineering, food, drink, anime, and cars, so I figure I might as well try to learn the language. Has anyone else tried this, coming from no japanese background? How did it go? How hard is Japanese?

My girlfriend had took japanese class last querter. For her it was pretty easy but when she try to teach me some basic greetings like good morning, thank you very much, it take me forever to get those right. So i agree it is depend on your ability with languages generally.

I just got back to UCSC this week. sad to said bye to my girlfriend, family and my s2000 , i won't go back home until spring break...

Good to hear you had a good time during break.

I'm going back to the University of Oklahoma this weekend. Class starts the 14th!

I'm actually looking forward to going back...I kind of miss college life.

yes, I'm definitely taking Japanese sometime soon when I finish my bullshit breadth requirements....can't believe I'm wasting this year with breadth requirements. GAWD!!!

Anyways, I just started my second quarter and it's already off to a bad start, sort of. I hate my school, may soon just go to a community college by my home. Any good therapist in the house?
