Default Anyone use Weight Gainer?

Just wondering, I'm thinking about getting some since all I do is get stronger and lose weight.

Whats the proper way to use it? does it take the place of a meal, or when do I drink it?

Just wondering.

Thanks

Weight gainers are used as a dietary supplement on top of your daily food intake. Meal replacements are basically small snacks throughout the day in between meals in order to keep your metabolism working. Weight gainers are not used in this manner, unless you wish to pack on some excess pounds and meat. They typically have a lot of protein so take a serving (depending on how much calories you want) once in the morning and one time following your work out.

I have had decent results using "Bigmax" and "MaxPro" from Max Muscle. They make good quality stuff, doesn't taste horrible either. Of couse, the whole weight lifting thing can be important too...

Blend it with chocolate ice cream and make a milkshake and it doesn't taste quite as horrible. Man, it's been a long time since I've used that stuff...back in the days when I COULDN'T gain weight if I tried!

They all taste like crap but most work as long as you eat well and keep a good work out schedule. Otherwise you'll have to wait til your metabolism slows down....it happens when you get older...lol.
