Anyone Using Netscape Composer? Need Some Help...

I'm currently using Netscape 7.01 the problem is that when I was using Netscape 4.73, composer would allow me to cut and paste jpegs, gifs etc. With composer 7.01, when I click an image, composer will not allow me to paste. Do I have to set something to allow me to paste? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
