I'm using the Handspring Treo 180g, and I love it.

It's larger than most normal cellphones, but I'm used to carrying a Palm V around so it's no big deal for me. The Treo is actually slightly smaller (but thicker).
I'm not sure what kind of cellular network you guys have in Korea. I'm assuming GSM since that's what everyone but the U.S. and Japan use, and if that's the case you're in luck: the Treo supports GSM, as well as PCS, and now it comes with a color screen too.
This is my first cellphone so I can't comment on how it compares to other cellphones. Sound quality isn't superb, but I think that's typical of cellphones.
As a Palm, it has more RAM than my Palm V (16 megs vs 2 megs), and I like how the phone book integrates with the cellphone. It comes with a built-in wireless modem too. I prefer the slightly bigger and crisper display of the Palm V though, and the beeper/speaker on the Palm V is sounds slightly more refined. It's not really a big deal for me though.
Overall, I think the Treo 180g is a great cellphone/palm combination.

I have the Samsung i300 and I've grown to hate it. I'm trying to come up with a good reason to turn it in. I've found that even though it's smaller than most of the competition, it's still too big for my taste.
The only belt case I've found for it is a cheap-ass pimp-daddy faux-aligator case that was showing wear after the first week. And it's just too damn big to carry around everywhere. If it didn't belong to my company, I'd give it to you...
