Arab Driving
That explains so much....
when I was in Kuwait, I saw more wrecked cars in 6 weeks than in a decade in the US.
First day there, leaving the airport, there was a Caprice Classic on it's roof with the lights on, abandoned on the side of the road. A few days later there was a Mustang GT wrapped around a light pole... it sat there with the top down for at least a week. There were a few more, but those were the most interesting. I think I have some pics somewhere.
And they don't drive out of the neighborhood to get to the highway onramp. They just take a straight line out the back of the neighborhood and onto the highway. Screw the fence and berm, they'll run it down. I also saw people driving the wrong direction on the highway on more than one occasion.

James there is another video (was posted here a while back) just like that except it shows all the times they wreck, and they wreck ALOT! Also at the other video there is a crowd on both sides of the street, and if I recall correctly they take out a number of bystanders and 3 or 4 parked cars.
