Maybe when he runs for President?
He can't run for Pres. because he was not born in the USA. Arnold was born in Austria.

He could not run for president, as he was not born in the U.S.A. But I am voting for him, because on the Right side of the aisle, he is the only one with enough hype to get the votes to be elected. Just remember though RWORNE, all presidential races come down to 1 from each of the major parties, but the way they got there is by winning a primary against 7-20 other people of the same party, which means that they most likely were votes in by a group of less than 50%, this election does not have a real primary, so each party will essentially be having the election as the primary, and final vote.

If I was a CA resident, he would have my vote.

It's in the constitution, written by a bunch of guys 220 years ago so the only way to change it would be to have a constitutional amendment. Naturalized citizens can hold most other offices, but I don't really see any problem having this requirement for the highest office in the land.

Watch the movie Demolition Man, they make a referance to it in that. If Arnold is elected, it will be the highest ranking office that he could obtain without being born here.

He could be a senator and that's a pretty powerful office.

I'd probably vote for him in any election I could. I don't agree with all of his politics, but at least I know he cares about the issues he takes on...he won't just pander to the ignorant masses/PAC's/lobbyists.

Too bad I don't live in Cali.
