Geez! Shaking a 93-yr-old can result in death.
They should choose more carefully of whom to "shake down". A 93-yr-old white man is not likely a terrorist as a mid-20 or -30 Middle Eastern.
P.S. I didn't watch the video to know all the details.

Any private company that TSA officer would have been working would have fired her stupid ass. Since it's a government job, she will now be suspended with pay pending a 6-month investigation...
The narration is stupid. They talk like she is calmy reasoning through this, but clearly the lady is yelling and throwing a fit. These people have protocol to follow to keep people safe. Granted it was handled badly by all parties involved, but she was hitting the TSA agent's arm to get her to let go of the cooler, and the TSA agent never touched her... putting a hand near somebody's face isn't "Assault."
Could she not have just given up the food and gone to a shop in the airport and bought some food for her? Surely somewhere sells yogurt and water. If you're trying to get extra stuff like that through an airport why on earth would you show up so late that you have to hold a flight? In special circumstances you should always arrive very, very early.
Stupid all the way around.

I had seen the video before, but just watched it with the narration.
I can't stand the stupid narrator and all his adjectives. Grandma is "confused, aging, terrified" blah blah blah. Who gets into a physical altercation at an airport with security. Even if they start beating you without reason, just take it and deal with it after.

Though the rules suck they are the rules. I wasn't happy when I had to peel the truck out of my 3 year old's hands so it could be xray-d. Poor little guy was so pissed and crying.
What i've found though is if you are reasonable then the TSA people generally help you. They know some of the rules are bs but they have to be followed.
