you say you just copy the posters and pictures and what not, but, i can see your own emotions applied
very well onto the paintings.
especially those with bikes, i can definitely, definitely see what and how you feel when you ride your r1.
see? that's the "communication" that you are having with the audience.
i can see you love speed, cornering the curves, those blurry visions that you see at high speeds.
so, why don't you work on amplifying your personal feelings and emotions through your painting?

i love "wheelie painting" especially, but try not to make it too dark.
if you have dark areas, try to balance it with exaggerated highlights or accents.
that would make your paintings a lot more dramatic, hence exciting!

Everyone has a creative inner. If you enjoy painting, do it because you want to. Don't do it for others, do it for yourself.

I am sure this can be a great stress relief and you should continue to do more if you get the feeling.

Great expressionistic work.

Highly marketable.

The challenge is to find the audience who will pay what they are worth, and if that were easy there would be a lot fewer starving artists.

As a fellow creative individual I can only say paint because you love to paint. Don't paint what you think others will like, paint from the heart, the expression is yours to enjoy, and if it is from your heart/gut it will be powerful.

If you really want to sell some of your stuff you might want to call around to some local art galleries and see if you can get an opening set up or get a gallery that will allow you to put some stuff on display. Not all galleries are going to be the right fit, but you will figure that out. Once you start talking to gallery owners you will begin to get closer to the process of selling your work and can figure out a process that will work for you. Ask lots of questions to the gallery owners, they are a resource of knowledge, although you do not necessarily have to let them represent you.

Good luck and enjoy!

Have you ever thought of contacting some motorcycle mags?

Hey ZO6,
Don't let anyone say they aren't good paintings. They are wonderful pictures of art. Even the swirvy lines. Each artist adds more to the pic because they feel it's missing something. There's a reason why u added the line. I liked all. Very good!!
You can probably get a gallery to show some of your drawings/painting and see what real critics think... you could even be a undiscovered artist and sell your painting for thousands

I think they are great. If I was into bikes I'd want to buy one. I think your talent is very marketable. Just be careful not to turn your "fun" into a job you can't enjoy.

Good stuff!

i too, liked all of the paintings. they look very professional and have a sense of motion to them. i commend you on being brave enough to bring something so personal to this medium; i feel that you have a very marketable product and should pursue extracting monetary compensation. i wish you nothing but the utmost success.

thanks everyone for the feedback, kind words, advice and encouragement. I think I will paint a couple more tonight and will get them nice frames and actually contact a few galleries. I will also take decent pictures tonight so I can actually post them up in more detail. I need to shoot them during the day, the flash kills a lot of the 3D detail and "chunking".
