Atlanta residents please respond with advice
My company is closing their office down in Kansas City and I am entertaining a move to their main office in Atlanta. They are located right downtown near the eston Hotel. I know that traffic is a real pain in the ass there so I want to live downtown as close to my work as possible which I believe is either going to be at 303 Peachtree Center Avenue or at their other location not too much farther away on Marietta street. I'm looking for a loft type apartment or maybe one of those newer communty type apartment complexes. I'm having a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for so I thought some locals might have a better idea. I'm looking to rent, not buy. Any info or links would be appreciated.

maybe that will help you out. looks like a couple of those places are about 15 minutes or less away from your work WITHOUT traffic. traffic anywhere in downtown during traffic will always suck no matter what. (i have to commute everyday 1-1.5hrs everyday for school...one way trip!). good luck living down here! :-D
