I am really sure some of you have thinning hair (ie me) or bald spots and are using Rogaine to combat the problem.

A month ago, my doctor recommended that I get Rogaine. He gave me a prescription even though you can get Rogaine without a presciprtion. Thought I try anyways with a prescription so that I can claim it thru work insurance.

Well, I got a letter today from the insurance company saying my claim is denied Rogaine ain't cheap here (Canada). Avg $45 CAD. On eBay, I've seen a 4-month supply (5% Minoxidil solution) go for $25 USD

There seem to be an abundant number of Rogaine on eBay.

Anyone bought Rogaine off of there before?

Well, according to the instructions, you have to use it for 3-4 months before you see results. It's either

1. You don't see any new hair growing but you get to keep the one you have righ tnow and not lose them

2. You'll see new hair growing.

Just don't spill any on the palms of your hands!!

Not that it works anyway.....

I think those "implants" (where they move hair from the back of your noggin to the bald spots) are the only way to go....but i think that is like $2k a visit......a friend of ours was doing it..... haven't seen him in a while though...?
