I had the same kind of thing happen to me in my T-top MR-2. Bad thing was, it was a cop who threw the cigarette out the window.

People won't change. I guess the world has bigger problems, hope they get fixed soon.

 

I've also had this happen more times than I can count. Once, there were these two cute girls riding in front of me. The driver's window comes down, and here comes the cig butt. OK, I get mad and then just calm down. But damned if just a second later the passenger does the same thing!! I rode up next to them and screamed to keep their cig butts in their own damned car! They just looked at me like "Look at THAT asshole!"... LOL and I am sure they have no idea that they did anything wrong.

IMO smokers are the rudest and most irresponsible people around.
