And change the "with" to "bearing" for better alliteration.

i know it has barely anything to do with fertility ,but i know it makes child birth easyer ,for my first kid my wife tore nearly three inches and she was screwed up bad
now my sister who is built like a peterbuilt didn't have any problems at all
