that was my first thought.

Then I saw the picture ...

that was pure fat.

I still love bacon.

Around here, most bacon is not packaged in boxes, but I have to wonder...Considering the amount of fat in those packages, it seems likely that ALL the buyer would see through the little window was fat - so why buy it? That is just nasty. But as long as people keep buying it, they will keep making it.
