Jesus. I always find it wierd when people video tape driving, hoping something like this happens? I just dont get it

Or possible to make sure if something happens to them/their vehicle they have proof of their story? Seems smart in the snow, when the likelihood of something happening (due to your own mistake, or someone elses) increases exponentially? Or maybe if they get pulled over they have audio and/or video?

I'm sure the driver of the truck and its company are happy that they won't have a prison sentence, or any legal repercussions because video shows the truck driver literally could have done nothing.
